Overview
We produced a campaign film for Microsoft's cloud infrastructure service Azure, built to shape perceptions in the local Japanese market.
Challenge
At the time, cloud services were still unfamiliar to many companies. The film needed to convey their value clearly, yet in cloud and IT services it is notoriously hard to differentiate through video or visual communication. We designed an editing rhythm completely unlike conventional IT films, drawing on the language of hip-hop music videos.
Result
The result stood apart from competitors and drew the eye, clearing the first hurdle of getting people to watch at all.
