Free Diagnosis

Can you explain the “results” of your activities to your boss?

Website, social media, advertising, CRM: bring one activity you’re concerned about. In a 30-minute online diagnosis, we work out whether the cause lies in the activity itself or above it, in “the way your brand competes”, and summarise it in a special brief analysis report.

CONCERNS

Do any of these concerns sound familiar?

  • Brand website

Renewed, but you can’t say what changed

  • Social media

You keep posting, but without a clear purpose

  • Ads and campaigns

Every one ends with “so-so again”

  • CRM and LINE

You send messages, but don’t feel they lead to repeat purchases

  • Packaging and products

You want to change them, but don’t know what to keep

  • Stores and sales

Known, yet not chosen at the point of sale

WHY

It looks like an activity problem, but it may be a problem with how you compete.

When an activity doesn’t deliver the results you expected, it’s tempting to fix the creative or how it’s run. Sometimes that is exactly right.

But if the brand’s goals, the reason customers should choose you, and the role of each activity remain vague, repeated improvements may still not lead to results.

Is fixing the activity enough? Should you rethink its role? Or should you rethink how your brand competes?

In the free bottleneck diagnosis, we start by working that out together.

WHAT YOU GET

We give you the results in a special brief analysis report

One report covering which layer your current activity is stumbling in, the role it should really play, and what to check next. You can use it as is to explain things to your boss or management.

FAQ

FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the free bottleneck diagnosis. You can decide whether you need further support after reading the report.

Can we consult you about any kind of activity?

Yes, as long as it relates to your brand: websites, social media, advertising, CRM, packaging, stores and more. It’s fine even if you haven’t yet worked out what the problem is.

What happens after the diagnosis?

If you want to look deeper, we may propose a paid “growth opportunity diagnosis” (2–4 weeks). It’s perfectly fine to stop after the diagnosis.
